In the Premier League there are so many camera shots that these ‘fouls’ can easily be identified and verified. I’m sure that nominated Charities were asked to review the videos and were rewarded with ‘fines’ that could be imposed for each shirt tug this form of cheating would be dramatically reduced and perhaps eliminated.
